Returns Policy

Any returns requesting replacement or credit without proper paperwork included will be returned to you at your expense.

Do not issue debits. Wait to receive RMA (Return Material Authorization) and avoid billing issues.

For all Returns, please request an RMA# before making the return.

NEW & UNUSED RETURNS:

“Stocked” merchandise will be accepted for return under the following conditions:

Items must be new and unused in the original factory packaging, including all paperwork, accessory parts, etc.

Items and boxes must be in saleable condition. Items will not be accepted for return if boxes have been altered in any way. Item boxes should be enclosed inside another cardboard box when shipped to prevent damage.

Boxes with writing on them, or with shipping/other labels affixed to them, or that are ripped, taped (other than factory original tape), or damaged in any way, will not be accepted for credit and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Items will only be accepted for credit with written approval within 30 days of date of purchase and will be subject to a restocking fee.

Customer is responsible for all freight charges. This includes all charges incurred during the original shipment of the part to you or your customer, any freight charges to return the items to DM Supply Source, LLC and any return freight to the original manufacturer if necessary.

RGA (Return Authorization) number may be obtained by calling DM Supply Source.

WARRANTY RETURNS:

All sales of controls are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase, subject to the manufacturer’s respective warranty policy.

It is your option to return warranty parts to either the original manufacturer (subject to their return policy) or to DM Supply Source, LLC.

DM Supply Source s policy is to either replace the parts at no charge when the defective item is received; or if preferred, we will be glad to send a replacement immediately, as an “advanced warranty” shipment. You will be invoiced/charged for the replacement shipment, including freight, and credit for the item only will be issued when the defective part is received at DM Supply Source. In the case of certain manufacturers, however, credits of warranty materials will be made pending factory approval, and credit will not be issued until part has been examined by the manufacturer and they have approved it for credit.
