Our Customers need our Priority. Most orders placed before 4pm Eastern Standard Time will typically ship that day. Orders placed after 4pm will ship the following work day and orders placed Friday after 3 pm will not ship until the following business day. Our shipping methods are UPS and Fed Ex. Standard shipments will go UPS ground unless specified otherwise at the point of purchase. All orders under ($1000) dollars will ship at a flat rate of ($13.75) via UPS ground and orders over ($1000) will ship freight free (these shipping charges may not apply to all products). This policy is good for most orders shipped within the continental Unites States. We will do our best to ship all orders whenever possible using UPS ($15.00). You will be contacted if we can’t honor freight charge. Orders that meet a minimum of ($1000) and way less than 30 pounds will ship freight free.
Express Shipping or shipping outside the continental United States will be subject to additional charges. The customer will be contacted with the additional charge.
Some shipments may require common carrier or truck freight, DMSS will determine the carrier. Once the cost is determined, we will contact you to inform you of the price and estimated lead time.
