These detectors are designed to prevent the circulation of smoke by the air handling systems, fans, and blowers. Complete systems can be shut down in the event of smoke detection. Ionization and photoelectric models are available. Both models include two alarm contacts, trouble contact and outputs for remote accessories such as horns, strobes, remote status indicators and test/reset switches or pushbuttons.
